For our 5th episode we sat down with head coach at GMSM Bootcamp, Mr Ryan Eveleigh!
GMSM Bootcamp specialises in expert personal training, online coaching & group training with a holistic approach to help busy professionals make life changing mind & body transformations. Numerous years of studying & researching has allowed Ryan to accrue in depth knowledge and understanding of mental programming, high performance and training optimisation to allow for maximal results when working with clients regardless of skill level and training experience.
Coming from a professional rugby background, Ryan has always had a passion for training, fitness and just generally getting the most out of individuals both physically and mentally. Today his goal remains to help, support and encourage every individual he collaborates with to reach their fullest potential and contribute towards their betterment both inside and outside the gym!
In this episode, we shed light on some pivotal moments within the early stages of his career as well as discussing the 'mindset training' crash course he implements with GMSM Bootcamp clients to essentially accelerate their progress & completely transform their ways of thinking for the better!
