Just because someone is successful doesn't mean they are going to be a good leader. Many successful people thrive in spite of their poor leadership skills not because of having good skills. There are so many leadership trainings and programs out there but the training or program must adequately deal with deliberations on leadership, and not limit the understanding of the term to its limited sense. Any reference to conventional typecast leadership should be shunned.
