In this our 5th Episode Erik spoke with power lifter and Strength Wars competitor Tara Mooney. They spoke about a wide range of topics including how Tara came into powerlifting and how she managed to compete on Strength Wars. Tara even flipped the script on Erik and started to ask him questions.
