This case takes place in Wollongong, Australia, hence the name, and discusses the crime spree that took place between 1998 - 2000, ongoing after the initial murderer was locked up after confessing.

This case involves a previous mayor of Wollongong, Frank Arkell, with connections to pedophile networks, satanic cults and some odd twists and turns.

Spoiler: This involves the crimes of Mark Valera, Belinda Van Krevel and Keith Schreiber.

What happened to Mark throughout his childhood to make him like this? And who are the family blaming for his vicious crimes?
