"The Big Leap Backwards" refers to Mr. Trump's continued failures.  Not entirely unlike Mao Zedong.  There's also a discussion about the deal that is the $2 Trillion stimulus package - and how it landed well short for Main Street and gave a $1/2 Trillion dollars to Wall Street..
