Episode 5: The Feelings (part two)

In April 2025 I, Kia Handley, took part in my first novice powerlifting competition at a gym in Sydney Australia. 
At that time, Id been in the gym less than 6 months, powerlifting for less than 3 and I had no idea what I was going to be able to do, who I would meet and how inspired I would become by other strength athletes around me. 

While I continue my journery into the world of powerlifting, this podcast aims to be a place where we celebrate strength in all its forms and meet people from around the world who are showing how epic it is to do strong things across a range of sports and fitness events. 

So, in the words of another amazing Australian, lets get physical and find some inspiring humans under a squat bar, slaying a sports field or driving change in perceptions around who can be seen as strong.
