In the spring of 1946, the town of Texarkana was terrorized by a serial killer known as the "Phantom Killer". The masked murderer would lead local law enforcement, Texas Rangers, and even the FBI on a manhunt that would only lead to the killer disappearing as quickly as he had appeared. The case has remained unsolved to this day.
