I still have this book that my dad gave me as a kid.  It was written by his high school football / PE coach.  My sister and I have both read it cover to cover by I was lucky enough to have a few of these gems posted up on my bedroom walls.  Yeeeeaaaahh.  I guess he though I needed word taped to brown plaid wallpaper to advance my thinking in life.  I share a few and then move on because my brain has no map.
