Today I can't wait for you to meet my long time friend Denise! Denise is an amazing friend and one who I reached out to after I did my 30 days of not consuming alcohol. She was shocked after I mentioned it was something I really needed to do.
We all think we are in our "stuff" alone and that nobody else is dealing with any shame but that is SO wrong. I hope this episode encourages you to reach out to someone and share what's bothering you. Feel free to reach out to me as well! It's SO freeing!
