Ya girls are back IN PERSON (for the recording) to bring you their May reads. This month's theme was historical fiction. 

Brindolyn went back to her comfort zone of horror reads with "Ring Shout" by P. Djeli Clark, and Karson ventured to a fictionalized 1920s Russia with "A Gentleman in Moscow" by Amor Towles.

For June, our hosts will be soaking up some sun with beach reads. B will be diving into the sci-fi/fantasy anthology "The Djinn Falls in Love" compiled by Mahvesh Murad and Jared Shurin, and Karson will be reading "Maine" by J. Courtney Sullivan.
