Been feeling a lot of EVERYTHING lately and would like you to take some time to FEEL what your daily activities feel like. The things you like or dislike, the things you are passionate about and even to try be present for the small stuff...the auto pilot stuff; when you shower, get dressed, have breakfast etc.
Keep track of what your body is feeling like.
I did this and I am just overflowing with gratitude and love and understanding of myself, yet still learning, still feeling.
