To celebrate International Women's Day, Gateway LLEN hosted a series of events that profile women’s achievements in a variety of different workplace settings.  Participants were interviewed on their unique pathway journeys and on their experiences as women in their chosen field.

For this episode, we sat down with Jayde Brown to talk about her career transition from qualified hairdresser to doing her Certificate II in Electrotechnology, her experiences working in male-dominated trades and what advice she has for young women interested in the construction industry.
