Wow! What a crazy year this has been. If you are anything like me, it has felt like everything has “turned on” again — seemingly out of nowhere and is a small shock to the system. Which has made the end of the year — super busy and perhaps a little more hectic and stressful than usual.
It is so important that through the busyness and event packed end of the year, that you find space for yourself and your family– so that you can enter the festive period energised, rather than super tired.
