Ijeoma Obianuju Ukandu, also known as " unforgettable Aijay" is a nurturer, hope stirrer, joy bringer and Lifelong learner.

She steadily brings excellence and unforgettable experiences to people and anything she is committed to doing.

She is a UK-based John Maxwell Team member, certified coach, trainer, and speaker.

She has over 15 years of experience in project management, counselling and mentoring young teens/ young adults and volunteering with NGOs.

She is currently a full-time PhD Doctoral Researcher at the University of Surrey, United Kingdom.

She loves family and is devoted to her amazing husband; Chidi and blessed with lovely children.
