Welcome to episode 50!

Charles Kao grew up in a home that valued hard work and being your own boss, as Charles's father and mother owned and operated a restaurant and commercial real estate properties in Michigan.  

Charles embraced travel and gaining knowledge in a variety of areas from exercise to banking to sales before taking a hint from his personal training clients regarding how to be wealthy and not simply rich.  Charles embarked on a plan to achieve the former, which to him meant having his money work for him without intense intervention on his part, while being able to set his own schedule and his own day.  This plan has paid off and allowed Charles to be actively involved in caring for his dad as his dad's health started to fail.
