Episode 50!!! And we got a good one as we head east to chat with 10x Boston Qualifier and author of “Boston Bound: A 7-year Journey to Overcome Mental Barriers and Qualify for the Boston Marathon” Elizabeth Clor. 
We catch up with her as she’s coming back from injury and chat about her beginnings in running, using a run/walk method for her first few marathons with a best time of 3:51:00 as well as her shift to qualifying for Boston. It’s a shift that caused self-induced pressure, anxiety and psychological struggles that served as the basis for her book. @elizabethclor
