On today's episode, Scottro and Ryan are joined by Sam Fee of Monday's Brewing Company in McMurray, PA.  Coincidentally, the day this podcast aired was the first day of operation at Mondays.  (Ryan would like to the record to show that he was the first ever customer of Mondays).

The duo introduces Sam by asking him "what the heck was he thinking?" opening a brewery during a pandemic.  Obviously, they were joking, but Sam tells us that that wasn't by design - lol.

Sam tells us all about his about his brewery and how's he's building a brewery for the Peters Township community.  Then he explains that he's naming the brewery Mondays because he feels everyone should have access to great beer on Monday (typically a day that breweries are closed).

The three talk a little about music before Sam tells us about how his brew room is a little different than the average brew house.  It explains it as a "glorified brew-in-a-bag system".. very interested, but you'll have to listen to hear what he means.
