An ethics complaint has been filed against a Connecticut lawyer who used the N-word while performing at an amateur comedy night.

A Massachusetts candidate passes the bar exam on his 20th attempt, only to be denied admission for engaging in the unauthorized practice of law as a paralegal during the 30 years it took him to finally pass the bar.
(3) THE EMOJI MOVIE (Judge Dredd Award)
A Tennessee judge was ordered recused from a trial and had some of his orders revoked as a result of statements that the judge made about the case in the press and on Facebook.
(4) PRIMARY COLORS (Most Creative Tale)
A Tennessee lawyer was suspended for one-year for making misleading statements about his income in connection with an attempt to get his child support obligation reduced.
