The news JUST announced Gov Cuomo of New York has stated he'll allow children to return to schools this upcoming school year. How is it safe for children to go to school with Dr. F saying a second wave will come? Why are bowling alleys, gyms, etc CLOSED still? Sorry, I got distracted...
