Between the years of 1967 and 1969, eight young females would go missing and later found murdered throughout the Ann Arbor and Ypsilanti areas of Michigan. The murders were brutal, and the first seven left no leads for police. Hair clippings found on the final victim of the Michigan Murders, Karen Beineman, would lead police to 22-year-old John Collins. John denied knowing Karen, or any of the previous victims, but a jury would find him guilty of first degree murder and sentence him to life in prison. Listen in as we take it back to our roots for our big 5-0 episode and tell the story of the Michigan Murderer.
