January is tough month for a lot of individuals who face mental health issues. The start of the year can bring colder weather and shorter days, but can also trigger feelings of sadness and self doubt.

New Theory Radio and Sauga 960 AM explored this further with a special live recording of NTR in front of a studio audience. The show was entitled 'Theories on Mental Health: Stigma, Rehabilitation and Social Responsibility".

This episode dives deep into personal 'theories' on the stigma associated with mental health, various coping mechanisms; and the roles companies/institutions are taking to promote conversations around this issue.
