What is the difference between exercise and training? Neither a random workout or a planned strength training routine is right or wrong- it all depends on what your goal is! Have you been working out for months on end with little results? Have you been taking HIIT classes and doing strength training circuits for a while with nothing to show for it? If so, you're simply exercising, not training. That's okay if your goal is to maintain your health and strength, but if you have a specific goal of body recomposition or fat burning, it may be time to switch your weekly exercise routine at they gym. Today, I'm going to explain the difference between exercise/physical activity versus training, and which one may be right for you depending on your goals. I'm also going to explain what training principles you should implement if you have a specific goal for increasing muscle mass. Tune in to find out the proper way to align your time spent in the gym with the fitness goal you have set for yourself. Whether you're a beginner or an athlete, body recomposition and strength gains are possible. You just have to implement the right training methods to get the job done.
