In this episode, we explore the differences between competition and collaboration. We have been programmed to think that we are in competition with those who can offer the same or similar goods/services to your customers. This form of thinking puts us in a “lack” mindset where we act out of fear or nervousness that there is not enough for everyone. Living with an abundance mindset helps you believe there is plenty of everything in the world from resources, relationships, and wealth. This mindset sets you up to see others not as competition but as assets and allies you can create collaborations with. Collaboration enables individuals to work together to achieve a defined and common business purpose. This in turn is one of the best ways to grow as well expand your company’s awareness, customer base, and bottom line.
