On this episode, meet Adrian Shepherd. Adrian is originally from Florida, although Atlanta, GA has been home for over 20 years. She has been happily married for 20 years to her husband Ramsey and together they have 2 children, Morgan (14) and Julian (10). Professionally, she has worked for a large healthcare system in Atlanta for 20 years in corporate administration. She enjoys being active physically through running (individually and in groups) and biking, but has always loved reading and spending time with her family. Fitness will always be a large part of her identity and she's always looking forward to the next race or challenge.
