Dino Senesi first got into coaching by being coached himself. "It was absolutely transformative for me," he recalls. Dino has coached and worked with church planters through the South Carolina Baptist Convention and with the North American Mission Board. In this episode, he shares the differences between coaching and other popular forms of self-leadership (i.e., mentorship, discipleship, counseling) and how coaching uniquely helps an individual figure out where they want to go.
