Don’s expertise includes HR Technology, employee motivation, leadership effectiveness, and leadership development.  

An avid traveler and volunteer, Don has visited 75 countries and mentored young people in Minneapolis for more than 30 years. He helped found Leadership Garden – an organization that provides life experiences for promising, curious students interested in getting help reaching their full potential – and the Think2Perform Research Institute’s Future Leaders Academy.
