Welcome back, lovely listeners! This week, Alex is taking us to North Dakota and Minnesota, USA.
Dru Sjodin was a smart, beautiful and sweet 22 year old in 2003. A certifiable saint, she volunteered her time to teach children to read, take them to activities like bowling and raised money for charity foundations. She also had a dream of going to Australia so she was working two jobs to save money for the trip.
November 22, 2003, she was walking to her car in a mall parking lot after completing her shift at her first job. Her boyfriend was on the phone with her until the call suddenly ended. When Dru didn’t show up to her second job, she was reported missing and police soon suspected she had been abducted.
This case is hard to hear but Dru deserves to have her story told.
