Yesterday, I spoke to an employee who told me that she will no longer be silent. What does that tell you? Employees are tired of being passed over, dismissed, dehumanized and ignored because of their race, gender, ethnicity or orientation. There has been a rush of requests lately to address these issues and though I think it's time. Time to be more inclusive, promote equity and build up the intelligence in your workplace.
