Oakland California native Jules Masalunga slid through to talk to us about how he got into marathon running.  Four years ago he was running 5 miles a week, now he'll do 19 to keep his legs fresh. His path is pure and simple: get active, eat the donuts and burgers, then get active again. Repeat. That sounds easy as hell and that's the purpose of the episode.
