Today, I had the pleasure of speaking with Mycal Anders. Mycal is a Marine Corps veteran, founder of CrossFit PHX, a best-selling author, fitness coach, father and husband, plus he is even a fellow podcaster! Mycal has over 18 years in the fitness industry as a personal trainer and strength coach. Today, he consults with business owners in and out of the fitness space in both their personal and business development, as well as speaking on stage on the importance of mindset and success.
Mycal is passionate about the total human evolution. He is fascinated about not only what goes on in the body, but also what goes on in the human mind.
