Last week the host of Not A Roofers Podcast took some time to talk over their time at the International Roofing Expo that happened August 10 -12 in Las Vegas Nevada.  On August 8th National Women in Roofing held their annual National Women in Roofing Day where women from all over the country, and even from Canada showed up to learn, network, and support one another.  This weeks episode showcases the experience that five women who attend had this year at NWIR Day.

Breianna Dahl is the Marketing Manager for Roof Medics. After graduating with a double-major in English and Communication Studies at the beginning of the Covid pandemic, Breianna was offered a position with the family roofing company. Since starting with the company Breianna has started a Roof Medics Blog along with creating all the social media accounts for Roof Medics on Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube.

Charity Schultz is the Controller for Roof Medics. Once leaving her job as a substitute teacher and having her daughter, Charity accepted a position with the family roofing company. Since starting with the company Charity has completed a certificate course for accounting.
