Bio: Rich Ingram is an ultramarathon athlete, the first combat-wounded soldier to commission as an Army officer, and a leader in resilience. With four tours between Iraq and Afghanistan (three one-handed), he retired in 2013 as a Captain. After a successful transition to the oil and gas industry, he became an entrepreneur and now motivates others to raise their emotional thresholds. His journey of adversity and triumph has led him to inspire leaders to cultivate resilience through a unique framework of purpose, mindset, and process.
