As of this episode, there's been no resolution. It's the type of thing we feel happens to other people ... until it happens to us. Shaa shares the dangers that many of us face when building our businesses on rented ground - you don't own these platforms, you're just borrowing them.  It's been a sharp lesson that these platforms are more Faceless than Facebook. No accountability, no customer service, no response. A wake up call for us all.
