Ariella is an ITF Taekwon-Do competitor most known for the patterns discipline. She has been a World Champion winning gold at the 2017 World Championships in the 4th-6th degree division. She has also been a 4x National Champion in the USA. However, it hasn't all been sailing for Ariella. She has had some ups and downs throughout her taekwon-do journey, which I think is a great example that with dedication and the correct mental attitude you can achieve your goals. Today I chat to Ariella about how she got started in taekwon-do, her journey to joining the ITF she is part of now, her training in the lead up to Dublin in 2017 and more.
