How do Kim and I track it versus how our coaches may do it as well? We try to hit on it all for you guys while bringing a fun and exciting tone with the new year to start this year off with a bang.  From sleep, to stress, to other both finite and infinite variables, we jump into our best explanations for why biofeedback is used the way it is and how it makes a coaches job easier and a clients journey much more healthy and successful.

Using personal experiences, things we have heard, things we have learned, and more we try to make the overall topic of things we wish we would've known from day one relatable and easy to follow regardless of your goals or background.
