Shaun has always had a passion for fitness and sport. Throughout his youth, Shaun played soccer, which would eventually morph into his coaching career. Shaun is a UEFA ‘A’ License soccer coach, holds a BA (Hons) Sports Coaching, and has worked through United Kingdom Strength and Conditioning workshop
