On Halloween night in 1993, 17-year-old Adam Provencal was tragically shot and killed while out with friends.  His sister, Lara Capuano, a writer, speaker, and podcaster, sits down and shares the viral movement that has come out of his tragedy, and the way that each one of us can be a part of honoring his memory through #adamsacts.
