This week's message marks 1 year since the beginning of my podcast. Thank you all so much for downloading and listening. My hope is you all will continue to listen for week's to come! The most challenging thing for all of us, is seeing things through God's eyes. If we try to look at everything, including people through God's eyes, how much better would life be? Here are some scriptures relating to this message.
"For this is what the Lord Almighty says: 'After the Glorious One has sent Me against the nations that have plundered you - for whoever touches you touches the apple of His eye." - Zechariah 2:8
"The lamp of the body is the eye. If therefore your eye is good, your whole body will be full of light. But if your eye is bad, your whole body will be full of darkness. If therefore the light that is in you is darkness, how great is that darkness!" - Matthew 6:22-23
"Why do you see the speck that is in your brother's eye, but do not notice the log that is in your own eye?" - Matthew 7:3
"But my eyes are toward You, O God, my Lord; in You I seek refuge; leave me not defenseless!" - Psalm 141:8
"So we fix our eyes not on what is seen, but on what is unseen, since what is seen is temporary, but what is unseen eternal." - 2 Corinthians 4:18
"People look at the outward appearance, but the Lord looks at the heart." - 1 Samuel 16:7
Try to remember to look at everything the way God looks at things, no matter how difficult they may be. Be humble, be kind and be polite. I think this is something we all need to get back to in society. I hope you enjoy this message. Thank you and God Bless!
