Meredith Meredith Aleigha Wells (they/she) is a touring actor, singer, dancer, and award-winning writer, best known for their performance as Punky Who in Dr. Seuss' How The Grinch Stole Christmas! The Musical, marking the first performance by a wheelchair user in a Broadway National Tour. Other favorite credits include: New York Theatre Workshop, Cleveland Public Theatre, Counterbalance, Dance St. Louis, Playhouse Square, Alvin Ailey Citigroup Theatre, The Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade, and the Luminous Festival in Beijing China. In addition to performing, Meredith is also passionate about fashion and co-founded Social Surge, a human-centered, gender-neutral, and, universally designed clothing brand.
