The District Manager of Verizon on the south side of Chicago, recent college gradute, and single mother Alecsandria Lifschultz joined Alec for a conversation. She discussed her journey in her career and the sacrifices she had to make in order to be in the position she's in now. Alecsandria shared some of her own personal experiences around not just her career and leadership, but her educational journey as well as how her past experiences and role as a single parent played into shaping her into the person she is today. She opens up with some transparent dialogue around some of the stress and anxiety that has been encoutered along the way, how she has coped with them and moved forward, and what her plans are for the near and distant future.
