Hey Elevater's!  I was thrilled to land another Rise and Bloom Connection in this week’s show with Janice McQueen-Ward.  This is a conversation we taped for both of our shows - so it’s slightly longer than my traditional format.

Janice McQueen Ward is an accomplished TV Host, Actress, and Pageant Coach. She began her career in pageantry at 17, winning over 10 major titles, most notably, Mrs. United States. 

Since moving to Los Angeles, Janice signed with the Robertson Taylor Agency, and has guest starred on many shows, including Two and a Half Men, Veronica Mars, The Bold and the Beautiful, and Passions. She has been a celebrity guest host on QVC, as well starred in many national commercials and infomercials.  

Currently Janice is a Corporate Trainer for Nestle USA, a Pageant Life Coach, and Host for an International Podcast Show - Beauty Call with Janice McQueen. 

In our conversation, we talk about work-life balance above all else, but we both have different focus on how we approach this area - so it’s a really dynamic conversation that felt like “Girl Talk” in all the best ways!
