Secret #27: Funnel Stacking

This episode is very much about what to do after you get your fundamentals right. After you’ve found your winning funnel, don’t just stay there, expand your value ladder sideways. This can be done by adding a link to your next funnel right at the very end of your current winning funnel.
Let’s say you’re selling a $67 program with a challenge funnel, then think of ways to upsell your audience with a $197 course through a webinar funnel. Have that link to the webinar funnel be right at the end of your challenge funnel. Also, if you set up a Survey Funnel, you can link the qualified candidates to your challenge funnel by placing that link at the end of your Survey Funnel.
Can you see how this will explode your business if executed well? Now, you’re not just selling 1 item. You have multiple offers but instead of putting it on a website, or a store, you can organize them such that only the most qualified candidates will take up the next offer as they ascend your value ladder.
Let’s stretch that example further. At the end of your $197 course, you place a link to the Application Funnel for your $5000 high-ticket coaching program.
Think of how much money this funnel can generate potentially. If you only had your $67 program, you can only make $67 per customer. But with this complete funnel, not only can you potentially make $5264, and more with your order bumps you can add so many more people into your email list with your front-end survey funnel.
Of course, there will be people who tell me “But Tyler, do I really have to do this? Will customers really spend that much on me?” My initial reaction is “if you don’t love money, you don’t have to do this. You really have to hate and reject money in order to say no to such an amazing strategy.” But in all seriousness. Give people the ability to spend. At least give them an option to. Some will come in, take your survey, and then nothing happens for 3-4 years. But suddenly, they are in pain, and they are looking for someone to fix their problem. And because you’ve kept the emails coming, they remember you as the expert. They come into your funnel again and buy buy buy. On the other end of the spectrum, there are people that come in and spend $6000 with you within a week. Now you are more profitable, which means you can spend more to acquire the same customer compared to your competitors, which means you can scale faster and more aggressively in today’s landscape.
So, always think of how you can serve your customers at a higher level. Build out your value ladder for them, and stack those funnels together.
