In this episode, I share how I have added a bottom line behavior to my list, “No raising my voice.” I use the principals learned in recovery how to go one day at a time and not raise my voice to my daughter. I have to learn other ways of expressing myself without yelling. I can not promise that I will not yell forever, just like not drinking, but I can go for the next 24 hours without it with the help of my Higher Power.
