Hello listeners, like everyone else, I've been watching Putin take Russia down a very bad path with his invasion of neighboring Ukraine. My long history of studying the art of war from an anthropological perspective prepares me for it all; Putin is attempting to colonize Ukraine as nation-state leaders before him have tried, then failed or succeeded. The Ukrainians are fighting back, but so did those before them and not all successfully so.

Let's discuss some countries that WERE NOT colonized despite the efforts of those that tried, shall we? Laughing.
