(2)  A PRICE ABOVE RUBIES (Most Creative Billing)

A Louisiana lawyer was suspended for 18 months for charging a client more than $100,000 to prepare a one-page form on her behalf.

(3)  DRAGNET (Joan Rivers Award)

A D.C. lawyer was publicly censured for including derogatory characterizations of the client in his motion to withdraw from representation.

(4)  FOR YOUR EYES ONLY (Hitchcock Award)

A complaint has been filed against an Illinois lawyer who used her access to public records for personal reasons.
