Episode # 53 “LOVE, LOVE Yourself’ Since we are in February the love month and February is around the corner let’s make this this month Self Love month.

I remember when I was young I would send secret   love note or messages to the boys I had a crash on. The note would say “ Would you be my valentine”? Did you ever do that?  Sometimes I would get secret notes as well. Here is a new thought how would you feel if you send a love note or gift to yourself?
