On today's tour, we join our tour guides, Xan and Joe, in front of a large bank vault where they will be leading an exhibit about medieval and contemporary currency. Xan goes into detail about the Floren, a currency implemented by the Medici family of Florence in the 15th century while Joe takes us back north to talk about Iceland's 11th century currency system. All the while, they propose the idea that perhaps Cosimo de’ Medici sounded like Don Corelone from the Godfather.
