Stress, stress, STRESS - if you work in pharmacy, you know this word all too well! If you work in community pharmacy like myself, you REALLY know what stress is all about!
HOW are we to manage all of the different avenues of being a community pharmacist, while not only taking care of our patients, but taking care of OURSELVES, too? Is there even a chance that #selfcare can be implemented into the life of a community pharmacy amidst the chaos?
A lot of times when you have a question as a pharmacy student, you reach out to your teacher, which is why I am happy to bring you this episode focusing on managing stress in the community pharmacy setting with a professor of pharmacy and fellow #FitPharmacist Dr. Richard Dang, PharmD, BCACP!
