Trey is a husband, father, and a BJJ black belt at American top team Okc. He’s been doing jiu-jitsu for 10 years plus, he coaches the kids team, and someone all of us look up to and cherish.

In this episode, we get to discuss his journey through jiu-jitsu, the importance of his relationship with our coach, Giuliano, and also how important it’s been to get his family involved and helping his wife and coaching his daughters .
