This week, Candace and Tom sit down with the newly appointed artistic director of the Downtown Columbia Arts and Cultural Committee, Darin Atwater.  Darin is the founder of the Soulful Symphony, which will be the new "house orchestra" for Merriweather Post Pavilion.  Check out this episode to hear more about this groundbreaking partnership and how it will promote the arts across Howard County.
